描述
此工具通过用户拾取的3个点：弧上的起始点、终点以及弧上另一点来创建一条弧。
如何使用

在开启此工具时，鼠标指针将变为一个附有红色弧图标的白色十字。而指针的坐标也将以蓝字实时显示在侧。
- 在3D视图中的空白区域或一个已存在对象上（一定要激活TaskView中的自动约束（auto constraints）。译注：0.18版中自动约束设置位于底图的首选项中）拾取对应点。
- 按Esc键或点击鼠标右键来退出该功能。
