It does work now, it didn't at the time. I'm glad it is resolved! I would recommend rewording that notice to something easier to understand at a glance. Maybe something like: Before posting an issue to this tracker, please do the following: 1. Open an issue on the forum at <link> 2. ... It's easier to understand and the tone feels less passive aggressive to me. |

@bartolkaruza : Notice there is this big yellow box, but also a "Read this before reporting" link on the left, and another link to the Wiki in the big box. But still you open this ticket without posting to the forum, so I (unfortunately) don't think the root cause to be the tone of the message. ;) Anyway any idea to improve is welcome, feel free to discuss it on our "Open discussion" subforum. :) |
