DescriptionUsing the padlock in a certain way locks the sketch until closed and reopened.
Steps To ReproduceOpen Part (PartDesignExample for me)
Open Sketch
Do not select anything
Click padlock
Click anywhere in sketch
Additional InformationTo unlock, close sketch

Not reproduced here. Following reporter walkthrough, just using RMB or Escape exits the current action (continuous mode) and sketcher behaves as expected
