Description	Trying tu run Addon Manager yields error message (console output), no addon manager opens: Running the Python command 'Std_AddonMgr' failed: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/lib/freecad-daily/Mod/AddonManager/AddonManagerGui.py", line 10, in Activated import AddonManager File "/usr/lib/freecad-daily/Mod/AddonManager/AddonManager.py", line 46, in <module> from PySide import QtCore, QtGui File "/usr/lib/freecad-daily/Ext/PySide/QtCore.py", line 1, in <module> from PySide2.QtCore import * /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/PySide2/QtCore.x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: _Z23init_QRandomGenerator64P7_object
Steps To Reproduce	Hit "Tools" --> Addon Manager. No addon manager opens, but error message is displayed.
Additional Information	OS: Ubuntu 18.10 Word size of OS: 64-bit Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit Version: 0.18.15592 (Git) Build type: Release Branch: master Hash: a7c0f4bc5b62ec304a5855796ca3d10a42c7a46e Python version: 2.7.15+ Qt version: 5.11.1 Coin version: 4.0.0a OCC version: 7.3.0 Locale: English/UnitedStates (en_US) I tried with daily version before (this one), then updated to current daily - same result.
