Summary0002573: Better Furniture/equipment object
DescriptionThe current equipment object behave very nicely inside FreeCAD when using brep shapes (from step files, etc) but they become very heavy when exported to OBJ or IFC.

Possible solution for mesh export: Consider the shape as a placeholder only. allow these objects to have a shape, but also a mesh (or linked mesh file?). When exporting to mesh formats, the mesh is used instead of the shape.

A better solution must still be found for IFC
