Summary0001310: Amend tooltip for Sketcher symmetry constraint
DescriptionThe current symmetry constraint tooltip reads "Create a symmetry constraint between two points with respect to a line" which fails to mention that it can work with three points.

I suggest it be changed to "Create a symmetry constraint between two points with respect to a line or a third point".
