| Description | This is really 0.16 (git 212e2bf19c24f94a5b359a3d3701f335fb006777) but this bug is in 0.15. Padding a circle using "Two dimensions" fails when base part has tangential edges to the circle. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Use the attached file "splitter_bug.fcstd" 1) Create a plate with radii instead of corners (plate_solid) 2) Map a sketch to a face of the plate (standoffs_sketch) 3) Add a circle of the same radius as one of the plate radii flush to the plate radius 4) Pad the circle sketch (standoffs_sketch) using "Two dimensions" ("1 in" for both "Length" and "2nd Length" - total of "2 in") 5) The operation will fail with the message "Removing splitter failed" | ||||

@ plastikos please in the first instance, always discuss matters in the forums where more people see it and can resolve the matter. Once we decide its a bug then post a ticket. I have no problems here. As you can see I have a later OCE, your OCE version is obsolete. Thanks for taking the time to post this but please next time discuss it in the forums first. This appears to be an OCE bug, the reporter's OCE version was obsolete. The error does not seem to appear with later OCE versions. |
