Everything is correct but your whole model doesn't follow the part design rule that the output is always a single solid. The problems already start with the second sketch 'Collector' because it doesn't lie on its sketch plane. The output after its padding is that you have with 'Collector extruded' a second solid which is in no way connected to 'Lens extruded'. The problems continue with 'Detector' and 'Detector extruded'. If you double-click the object 'Detector mirrored' you will notice that it creates a correctly mirrored object. This is rendered in red because there is no way to build a single solid. In your case it might be better to use the mirror function of the Part workbench. |
